these beauty tips are especially for women

Anyone teen can look good, because teenage is the time when one has a natural charm, even those who are a plus size can make the impression. All one needs to do is to know what body type a person has and shop for the right clothes. Here are a few general tips which are effective when one wants to get something regardless of the body type.

It is important that one get rids of the baggy clothes. A lot of the girls wear them to hide their excess fat. Rather it makes you look even larger than your actual size. There must be something that you can gladly display so do not hide it under the baggy clothes. So buy clothes of your size and at the most get them only one size bigger than you are.

You also need to determine what your best features are. If you think that you will not be able to make a right decision about your looks, and then ask a good friend for a sincere advice. The trick is to think about the positive aspects and highlight them beautifully. You can also bring attention to best features on you through using vibrant colours and bold patterns. The colours should make you stand out, and not make you blend in the background.

It seems that women have so much to do in order to keep up the appearances, literally. Especially as we age, there are so many things we need to do on a regular basis not only to look good but to be healthy. beauty-tips

There are only 24 hours in a day, and most of us work full time, sleep about 7 hours a night and sometimes have a husband, boyfriend (or a girlfriend), children or a pet. We also want to watch a favorite show on TV, read the news, listen to music or browse the internet. Some of us even try to keep a blog, however sparingly we write on it :)

So besides eating healthy foods and getting your daily exercise, what other things do we normally have to do to keep ourselves looking good inside and out?

-floss daily, take multivatimins and calcium daily, do our nails, once a week or so, wax or shave pubic hair, underarm hair, legs, moustache..:), tweeze those unwanted hairs on our chin that start after the age of 30, pluck or wax your eyebrows, retouch your roots every time they show, whether they are dark or grey., style or blowdry your hair after you wash it, botox once every 6 months, fillers if you are over 45 +, Pap smear (every year), colonoscopy every 10 years if you have no polyps, mammography every one or two years, endoscopy if you have any stomach ache/heartburn, densitometry, moisturize your face every morning and evening, moisturize your hands, moisturize your feet, moisturize your whole body!, take a shower every day, brush your teeth completely twice a day, pluck those nose hairs if you have them, file your nails


keep in mind overly outer beauty is not all you need. No matter how many tips you know, how several beauty offerings you’ve bought, how many experts/stylists you’ve taken advice on etc.
